My name is: Jay Fujii
Recently Team C has participated in some cooperative games. In the space provided, reflect on the importance of cooperation and encouragement when participating in class/team activities. Start by defining what cooperation and encouragement mean. What does it mean to cooperate? What does it mean to encourage? What do people have to do to cooperate with others? Give examples. Why is encouragement so important when working with others? How does encouragement make you feel? How do you respond to encouragement?

Paste your reflective statement here. It should be at least 200 words long.

Cooperation means working and helping each other. Encouragement means telling the person they can do it and help them.                             To encourage means to support them and help them.

The thing that people have to do to cooperate with others is lend a hand and assist them when they're in trouble or stuck like, if they trip over when they're playing soccer, just go up to the person and ask if they're okay and help him if he needs it.

Encouragement is important when working with others because, if the person doesn't understand or how to do the task, tell the person how to do it and see if they get it and if they don't, keep helping them out and telling them that they can do it.

Encouragement makes me feel like I can improve.

respond to encouragement by trying harder and doing the best I can do.
